This means in 5 charts time the Top 100 will start being announced. I think you all know my favourite song of the year already (hint - it means laughing my f**king arse off) but I should make the chart interesting anyway. Firstly, before I rundown my most loved tracks of the year - I will be running down my most hated tracks. Then, closer to the date, I will be posting my ALBUM OF THE YEAR - for I do not have an album chart. And in January, the chart will start. :yahoo: Listed are the acts with 2 or more appearances: Bruno Mars - 5 Chris Brown - 3 Justin Bieber - 3 Beyonce - 2 David Guetta - 2 Jason Derulo - 2 JLS - 2 Nicki Minaj - 2 One Direction - 2 The Wanted - 2 Wretch 32 - 2 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ EDIT - Top Hated Tracks 1. November 24, 201113 yr Author 40 - Jason Derulo "It Girl" UK - 4-7-9-13-27-35-41-54-79-OUT (9 weeks) 4oGUHRXT-wA&ob=av2e This, the follow up to "Don't Wanna Go Home" grew on me a bit, which is why it is lower in this countdown - but at the time I found it boring and it went nowhere. He says "you can be my it girl". I'm thinking what is an it girl? It's a phrase no-one uses anymore, and the production doesn't sound that 2011. Jason even had a year end top 10 hit last year with "Ridin' Solo" but this year I've gone off him. I would have liked 'It Girl' and charted it T20 if he didn't release DWGH which made me hate him. More on that later. /////////////////////////////////////////////////////// 39 - Lady GaGa "You And I" UK - 89-x-70-55-42-38-33-33-24-23-39-66-91-OUT (12 weeks) X9YMU0WeBwU&ob=av2e Lady GaGa had released 3 great singles in Born This Way, Judas and The Edge Of Glory - all will be appearing in my End Of Year Top 100, but when she decided this would be the fourth single - I was like :puke2: I knew this was a wrong choice for her and I turned out to be right, it became her first single to miss the T20. I didn't like this song on first listen because it was a slow rock ballad which isn't GaGa's style. Even the remix that got plays on R2 didn't help, I just couldn't bring myself to like it even though I love GaGa. And the video of GaGa as a mermaid is weird  I know all her videos are  but MTN is set to be weirder, as its her longest video to date. Edited January 2, 201213 yr by *xmasG*
November 24, 201113 yr Author 38 - The Wanted "Gold Forever" UK - 3-4-14-18-23-39-49-58-93-OUT (9 weeks) Fu_J4QPr8To 2011. The year of the boyband, hopefully - it's also the year that boybands peak in popularity, because it's very rare for them to release a good song. We start with The Wanted's first appearance with their comic relief single. I remember it selling high on its first week, but thanks to Adele and Nicole Scherzinger it landed at #3. The reason I hate this song is because it's a cheap boyband song for charity. The "butterflies" lyric is just bad and the way they sing the song (the slow vocals over a eurodance beat) is not like you'd find in my favourite songs. This is not The Wanted's worst offender, because just when I thought they were dying down in popularity - they released Glad You Came :puke: More on that later
November 24, 201113 yr Author 37 - Nicki Minaj "Super Bass" UK - 46-50-31-22-19-17-15-12-13-12-12-10-8-11-15-23-24-34-42-45-51-48-21-31-31-39-35-50 (28 weeks) 4JipHEz53sU&ob=av3e Why was THIS her most successful single when she had 'Fly', 'Girls Fall Like Dominoes' and 'Check It Out' It would have been higher in this chart had the song been at its peak now but I still don't like it. Her rapping on this song is annoying (this isn't the only annoying Minaj song but because this was so massive it's the one I hate the most) and the song just never went away, kept climbing up the chart and peaking at #8. The chorus doesn't make things any better, "you got dat boomdaboomdaboomdaboomboombass he got dat super bass" just gets annoying. This was performed by Little Mix, and was easily their worst performance - it's nice to see them in the final now but at the time I wanted them to be kicked off.
November 24, 201113 yr Author 36 - Wretch 32 feat. Example "Unorthodox" UK - 2-7-8-16-24-33-43-50-59-62-81-x-79-OUT (12 weeks) MKXon7Y5EDM&ob=av2n Wretch 32 started his career with "Traktor" which I loved for its lyrics and beat. The beat in this song however is uninspired and Wretch's rapping is boring and goes nowhere. It's also the worst thing Example's done to date - the chorus itself is alright but it didn't have that spark that "Traktor" did and it feels like Wretch is just talking fast instead of rapping. Thankfully we had "Party Rock Anthem" by the sexy and they know it duo LMFAO to stop this from being #1, something I can't say about Wretch's next entry.
November 24, 201113 yr Author 35 - Maverick Sabre "I Need" UK - 18-31 (2 weeks) GZNtticFI60  Someone wake me up. This is boring. First he was in Professor Green's 'Jungle' and had a solo single 'Let Me Go', both of which were averagely good - but instead of getting better he just got worse. His accent/voice is weird for a start, nothing against it I just think he could use it for a more upbeat interesting song. Maybe another Professor Green collab for his next single would be good. This isn't the only song I've charted on the basis of it being 'boring'. Expect entries from Florence + The Machine, Westlife and Bruno Mars later in the chart.
November 24, 201113 yr I actually like all the songs which have popped up so far :( bar maverick, who just bores me. jason's not as bad as people make out, and I was one of few who actually loved 'it girl'. 'you and I' is pretty good too, although it was the completely wrong choice of single. 'gold forever' is decent, as is 'unorthodox' and 'super bass' is actually pretty amaze! I'm not keen on nicki as a person at all though, and her more violent songs (such as 'romans revenge') are bloody terrible. I have a pretty good idea what'll be number 1 on this side of your chart, and if it's what I think it is then it's mine too. :D why yes, I am referring to RTW(G) Edited November 24, 201113 yr by Doug

I won't tell you which one is top, you'll have to find out :P
November 24, 201113 yr Author 34 - Rihanna "California King Bed" UK - 54-36-20-8-15-15-17-16-18-22-25-32-34-39-45-59-81-OUT (17 weeks) nhBorPm6JjQ&ob=av3e 10 points to anyone who guessed Rihanna would appear in this chart. She has 8 possible entries in my Top 100 of 2011, and is my favourite artist, so what did she do to get me to hate her song? :o Well, this situation is similar to Lady GaGa's 'You And I' where Rihanna goes and releases a guitar driven ballad. Popstars doing guitar ballads never go down well with me - and thanks to lots of airplay I eventually hated this song. It stuck around for longer than 'You And I' which is why I hated it more.
November 24, 201113 yr Author 33 - Leona Lewis / Avicii "Collide" UK - 4-10-18-27-40-70-OUT (6 weeks) E4a82LRNdlQ&ob=av2e This comeback spent less time in the T100 than Bleeding Love did at #1. There's a good reason for this, because this was a very poor comeback. There is one good thing from this song that is the controversy it caused which got Avicii in the charts. Thanks to this and more controversy from Flo Rida, Avicii has finally got a big hit of his own with "Levels". Back to the song, when I heard Leona was doing uptempo I thought "yes, finally not another boring ballad from her" but after hearing this I soon realised that ballads were more her style and going all dance-pop on us was a big mistake. Leona's voice did not suit the instrumental and this is why I don't like it.
November 24, 201113 yr Author 32 - JLS feat. Dev "She Makes Me Wanna" UK - 1-2-2-9-14-16-16-25-38-48-62-79-91-x-90-63-OUT (15 weeks) FuwTgZOKcf8&ob=av2e The first of two JLS entries is this. Around when it was released it was never off the radio, and got real annoying. It's a cheap rip-off from "On The Floor" (Kelly Rowland's 'Down For Whatever' is another example of this, but I have not included it in the hate chart) with the chorus shouting out random names of countries and "she makes me wanna oh oh oh oh oh oh". This song is pointless and would have never been a #1 if it was released by anyone other than JLS.
November 24, 201113 yr Author 31 - Florence + The Machine "What The Water Gave Me" UK - 24-29-50-69-x-98-OUT (5 weeks) am6rArVPip8&ob=av2e This, the first single from Ceremonials was boring to say the least. I haven't heard, or am not planning to hear, the full length version of the song, because the radio edit is bad enough. This was such a let-down after brilliant singles like "You Got The Love" "Dog Days Are Over" and "Rabbit Heart (Raise It Up)", there isn't much of a beat or any interesting lyrics (Shake It Out was much better lyrically, WTWGM was just forgettable) and I was shocked when SIO originally peaked lower than this (before XF)
November 24, 201113 yr Author Top Hated Tracks... so far 31. Florence + The Machine – What The Water Gave Me 32. JLS feat. Dev – She Makes Me Wanna 33. Leona Lewis / Avicii - Collide 34. Rihanna – California King Bed 35. Maverick Sabre – I Need 36. Wretch 32 feat Example – Unorthodox 37. Nicki Minaj – Super Bass 38. The Wanted – Gold Forever 39. Lady GaGa – You And I 40. Jason Derulo – It Girl Expect tracks from JLS, The Wanted, Cher Lloyd, David Guetta and more in the next section :)
December 3, 201113 yr Author It's been a week break since I last worked on this hate chart so I think it's time to continue it  Listed are the acts with 2 or more appearances left in the countdown: Bruno Mars - 5 Chris Brown - 3 Justin Bieber - 3 Beyonce - 2 David Guetta - 2 One Direction - 2 ++++ 30 - Cher Lloyd feat. Mike Posner "With Ur Love" UK - 4-6-16-26 (4 weeks) axpO86pGHAM Cher Lloyd's début single "Swagger Jagger" was actually good in a novelty way. It sits at #98 in my YTD chart but it will be pushed off the T100 by the end of the month, so I won't review it. Onto her next single with "Cooler Than Me" star Mike Posner which was #1 in the midweeks but ended at #4. The reason for this was simply because the song is boring and has no appeal to anyone outside her fan base. This song isn't so bad its good, it's so bad it's terrible and she will be forgotten about next year. Edited December 3, 201113 yr by danielXF
December 3, 201113 yr Author 29 - Beyonce "Countdown" UK - 77-49-39-35-51-80-99 (7 weeks) 2XY3AvVgDns&ob=av2e For the record I hate her new single "Love On Top" as much as this but that's only just got released (and doing better already :puke:) but I am happy that this has been a massive flop for Bey because it's terrible. The part where the backing singers shout "TEN...NINE...EIGHT...SEVEN etc" and Beyonce raps over it is the worst :puke: And what was the point of her "boyyyyyyyy" at the start of it. The whole song is a mess, not as much as her upcoming entry on this countdown however - the Major Lazer sampling "Run The World (Girls)" :puke:
December 3, 201113 yr Author 28 - David Guetta feat. Taio Cruz & Ludacris "Little Bad Girl" UK - 16-19-13-6-4-7-10-18-24-34-37-44-58-36-40-45-81-OUT (17 weeks) 9ha5ujHnYXg David Guetta, 2011 is your worst year ever. Never at the start of the year did I think I would HATE a David Guetta song, but "Little Bad Girl" is so generic it's unreal. Taio Cruz is auto tuned to death and the Ludacris rap is terrible :puke: Ever since 'Baby' Ludacris has been one of my worst favourite rappers ever, and it's good he's not getting solo hits in the UK anymore. David has one more entry on this countdown, "Sexy Chick Part II"
December 3, 201113 yr Author 27 - Nicola Roberts "Lucky Day" UK - 40-OUT HN39CQW3Tqw&ob=av2e Similar to the Cher Lloyd situation, Nicola of Girls Aloud released BOMD which was so bad it's good - not that I'd listen to BOMD out of choice. Her follow up, this song here was terrible. Only Cheryl Cole's solo career worked, because she was given actual good songs such as FFTL and PT. The single cover of her lying on a washing machine and the video of her with no pants on are also terrible  I find it funny this actually made T40, but at the same time annoying because I don't ever wanna listen to this again.
December 3, 201113 yr Author 26 - The Wanted "Glad You Came" UK - 1-1-2-3-6-10-12-19-25-27-34-37-37-50-44-54-51-56-71-OUT (19 weeks) 2ggzxInyzVE&ob=av2e This was their most successful single, which happens to be my worst favourite from them thanks to overplay. The song is one verse and one chorus repeated for 4 minutes, which gets really boring. The lyrics are really uninspiring "get you a drink, drink it if you can" really  Lighting was much better, it was still bad but at least it wasn't the same thing over and over again with a boring generic europop beat
December 4, 201113 yr Author 25 - Wretch 32 feat. Josh Kumra "Don't Go" UK - 1-4-7-13-17-26-29-35-57-70-97-x-80-69-OUT (13 weeks) bj1BMpUnzT8 'Unorthodox' was bad, but this here is even worse - and has already turned into a non-#1. This has to be the most dull rap song ever, the lyrics bring no interest and the chorus is uninspiring with lyrics such as "don't go, don't leave, please stay, with me". Wretch's new song "Forgiveness" is slightly better, but please make some interesting songs, your collabs with Tinie Tempah (Hitz The Remix and Like It Or Love It) are very good.
