Evening. Well, the first week after I reach my target weight and I put on a pound. I'm not happy. It's my first ever 'increase' since January. <_<

I've put on 2Ib in the space of just under an hour tonight.

 

I only had a little bit of ice cream :cry:

with a little dollop of fresh cream :unsure:

I was beyond bad yesterday. I ate and ate and ate. Today I was going to make up for it and be so good. And I was. Up until the football came on. :cry: :cry: :cry:

My boys. At 14-1 too. I'm guaranteed a windfall. :w00t: :w00t: :w00t: I put a whole £1 on them. Each way. :lol:
