Lady GaGa has promised a Christmas Day gift for her fans.

 

The musician revealed on her Twitter page that she intends to "leak" a previously-unreleased track which was recorded live.

 

"On Christmas Day I will leak to you an unreleased song off Born This Way," GaGa wrote. "It was recorded live, in one take, on the tour bus. Uncensored."

 

She had previously written that she had been "racking her brains" about what to give her fans as a Christmas present.

 

Lady GaGa recently revealed that she intends to spend the Christmas holidays in Japan, adding that she feels "grateful" for the support of her fans around the world.

 

Her Facebook and Twitter pages were recently affected by a phishing scam in which fans were falsely offered the chance to win an iPad 2.

 

Looking forward to it. Not so much the live aspect of it though, I'd prefer it if it were a proper studio recorded version, but hey ho. :D

Well as long as it's decent quality and not something recorded on her Blackberry, it should be fine. :D

Gaga has just tweeted "you're the greatest gift to me" on Twitter, which has led to many people starting to think the song she'll be leaking at midnight will be 'The Greatest Thing'! I wonder if it could be... :o

I doubt it, as Cher has confirmed time and time again that it is on her new album as a duet. It wouldn't be very fair if Gaga just went ahead and leaked it regardless. I know she wrote it, but still.

It would have been amazing if it was a video. I love the fact Luc Carl was probably asleep next door, she's coked out of her head, drunk and singing a random little song (completely out of tune) about how much she loves fucking him. Amazing.

Even a shit little song like that and it's still ridiculously more interesting than anything Beyoncé etc has ever done.
