Season two of 'The Voice' premieres on NBC after the Superbowl on Sunday 5th February before airing every Monday at 8/7c. Confirmed to be running for 15 weeks, I think this puts the finale around 14th May.

 

The judges advisers have been announced and they have some big names.

 

Adam - Alanis Morissette & Robin Thicke

Blake - Kelly Clarkson & Miranda Lambert

Cee Lo - Kenny Edmonds & Ne-Yo

Christina - Jewel & Lionel Richie

 

Anyone else looking forward to this? I'll try and keep up with this and our own version, mainly for Christina. Wondering if Cee Lo & Blake might try and work something out this time, off the back of the 'Moves Like Jagger' success.

I didn't bother with the first series but I shall follow this one for sure!

Really good, I think the first girl was my favourite. Feel bad for the ones who don't get any turn around though, it's not like American Idol where most of the 'no' people are clearly terrible. I do like American Idol but the judges here seem to have more chemistry, especially with the banter between Adam & Christina.

My favourite so far is definitely Juliet Simms :wub: I can't stand Cee-Lo though, why does she have to be on his team :(

In my view Cee Lo has the best/strongest team but I think Christina has more variety. Erin Martin is still my favourite. Glad we're moving on to the battle rounds now as I was starting to get fed up of the auditions.

Oh my god, Lindsay singing Somebody That I Used To Know was INCREDIBLE :o Not heard the rest yet but I had a listen to that as everyone was loving it!

Anyway last night (spoilers if you didn't watch yet)

Sera, Moses, Charlotte and Naia were voted off. I'm thinking the win is between Jesse (ugh, I hate the token overrated older contestant) and Jesse atm, though obviously we have next week's contestants.

I'm not watching [i never can seem to stick with a reality show like this all the way through] but I did have to download the studio of Lindsey's performance. It was amazing, prefer it to the original. I'd have got on board much faster if this was the original, completely love what she did with it, has a rockier edge. :wub:

Christina is on the receiving end of some pretty major vitriol at the minute after she got rid of Jesse last night. I'm glad though, he was super creepy. Blake got rid of Jordis. The instant eliminations are BRUTAL.

 

I was SO happy to see Jesse eliminated, he was so cliched, cheesy and overrated it's unreal...

 

Juliet HAS to win, she is amazing and then some - leagues ahead f the rest and has been since her audition imo! Lindsay is usually top notch as well, awful last night though... Ashley is brilliant as well, she was an underdog for sure with lw coverage at the auditions, but she could challenge Lindsay for Christina's last place.
