DeAndre is life itself for me. Him, Jessica Sanchez, Colton and Joshua are all amazing imo!

Are there any studio versions of all the performances this season?

 

Elise Testone is suddenly my new favourite after her great performance of Adele.

Jessica Sanchez is about 5 miles ahead of everyone, not only in the show, but in LIFE.

My favourites have to be Hollie and Shannon :wub: Jessica is great too and I also quite like Colton.

We never get studio versions from the semis, there will be studio versions of this week's performances from the top13 though I assume.

My 2 fave girls: Jessica & Hollie followed by Erika

 

My 2 fave guys: Colton & Jemaine followed by Heejun

 

Of the Wild Cards I only like Erika (she should have been Top 10 instead of Elise who tried copying Brooke White) - Jeremy is just bland and DeAndre Brackensick sounds sick screaming like a girl & a perm to match

I ADORE - Jessica, Deandre, Colton.

 

But I also think that Hollie, Skylar, Joshua, Phillip, Erika and Shannon are brilliant.

 

Some serious talent this year!

JESSICA literally got the least votes :mellow: Thankfully they used the save but what a fucking joke! Colton or Phillip are so going to win, in true stereotypical Idol style...

I don't get what's so good about Jessica. She can sing yup, but am I missing anything besides her being 'QOL' before anyone says it. Or is it just another Buzzjack 'let's jizz over the girl because the guys won't let us stick it in them' thing? No offence.

A real shock result - I'm also glad the judges used their save.

 

I can't understand why Joshua Ledet & Phillip Phillips are still their. Joshua can only scream & Philllip just OTT and the faces he makes just make me cringe.

 

The only guy any good is Colton.

yes please get that wailing excuse of a singer Joshua out next! followed by Hollie then i would love the whole top 5 :wub:

Phillip is the only guy I like, he's a really good singer, quirky but not too OTT. And he fits the cute, young, rocky/alternative male stereotype so he has a chance :D

 

Don't get the hype for Joshua at all, he reminds me of Jacob last season, both OTT and just overrated. He is better than Jacob though imo. Jessica HAS to win, but of course her near elimination shows that you really do have to fit the cute, young, white male stereotype to win. Even if you're awful and look about 12 lke bloody Scotty McCreery...

Jessica is firmly wonderful. I think stand by that I think she is one of, if not the best singer I have seen on a reality show of this type. We need to keep remembering she is 16! Joshua isn't that far behind her for me either. He always has tonnes of energy, massive soul in his voice and I am yet to hear him go out of tune. For me, those are by far the best in the show, by a country mile. Even look at their duet? Just perfect.

 

I thought it was disgusting that Jessica was basically eliminated by the US public. She is probably the best reality TV show contestant EVER in terms of vocal ability and shes only 16! I think she could really sell records and become a worldwide star.

But, America will produce another average winner who will go on to bring mediocre music out and then fade away. I think its terrible that after ten previous seasons, THREE winners have went on to have great success, them being Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood & Jordin Sparks. Basically its like our X factor.

 

I do think Phillip and Skylar could go on to do well in the US but I don't know for how long. Colton might have that one hit but his style of music is like 5 years back. Hollie and Joshua, as good as they are, won't do much. Elise is just the weak link and would flop on her arse.

To be totally honest, it's only Jessica and Skylar who the US would actually take to, Jessica could be big worldwide as well. Phillip would be like Crystal Bowersox and just have a minor hit album, Colton might do about the same, Hollie would have an album peaking at #149, Joshua would probably be about the same as her. Not sure about Elise, probably around about the same as what the former two would do. Skylar is basically certain to be the 'Kellie Pickler' of this series no matter where she comes, she clearly has a country future. Jessica is definitely the best Idol contestant since Carrie Underwood imo (little biased as Carrie is my fave singer ever :P) and she is totally versatile so could conquer Europe/Australia as well as the US, and her Fillipino connections could help her in Asia too. She is defintiely worldwide star potential, but she'll be bussed in favour of the cute white males Phillip and Colton, so she's 3rd at best sadly :(

Shocked Jessica was at the bottom, and even though I was devastated DeAndre got the boot the previous week I'm glad they saved the 'save' for Jessica.
