Posted March 21, 200619 yr she is having a statue built in her honour!!! :o :cheer: Shakira's Columbian home town is planning to build a statue in her honour. The 16ft tall tower is being shipped in by officials in the town of Barranquilla, who want to pay tribute to the star's success story. The singer is pleased with the news and hope it inspires fellow Barranquillans to make it big. She commented: “I want people to think that any girl can start working on her dreams and that they will come true." :wub:
