Hello all,

Over the last month I've been adding up everyone's End of Year charts so we can have a Multichart of 2011, 60 people in total completed their End of Year chart, charting a total of 986 different songs, with each number one given 50 points and each number 50 given one point.

This should be interesting :D I am assuming all the songs in my top 10 other than Levels are top 100 :w00t:
Good start. Oh, wait... I think alone I'm responsible for nearly half of Hush Hush and Got 2 Luv U's points . Also a large proportion of Monster's. And brilliant to see All My Life so close to the top 100. Which means 5 or 6 of my top 10 are in the top 100, I guess. I'm not holding out hope for the Wombats.

100 - DJ Fresh ft. Sian Evans 'Louder' - 159

099 - Ed Sheeran 'You Need Me, I Don't Need You' - 164

098 - Jessie J 'Who You Are' - 165

097 - Kelly Rowland 'Down For Whatever' - 166

096 - Gotye ft. Kimbra 'Somebody That I Used To Know' - 167

094 - Nero 'Guilt' - 169

094 - Lana Del Rey 'Born To Die' - 169

093 - Sak Noel 'Loca People' - 173

092 - Nero 'Promises' - 174

091 - Eric Saade 'Popular' - 176

Some big hits here, with number ones from the latter half of the year coming from DJ Fresh, Sak Noel and Nero, whose first three singles all finish fairly close together, with the highest 'Promises' finishing only 20 places ahead of 'Me & You'. Ed Sheeran surprises me with 'You Don't Need Me...' finishing higher than the much more successful 'Lego House', albeit only marginally, Jessie J has the first of her four entries, Sweden's Eurovision entrant Eric Saade makes the top 100 and there are entries for Lana Del Rey and Gotye, both of which should do much better in a years time.

090 - Robyn 'Call Your Girlfriend' - 179

089 - The Horrors 'Still Life' - 182

088 - Florrie 'I Took A Little Something' - 183

087 - Bombay Bicycle Club 'Shuffle' - 184

086 - Calvin Harris ft. Kelis 'Bounce' - 189

085 - PJ Harvey 'The Words That Maketh Murder' - 197

084 - Jamie xx 'Far Nearer' - 202

083 - Noah & The Whale 'L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N.' - 203

082 - Cher Lloyd 'Swagger Jagger' - 208

081 - The Vaccines 'If You Wanna' - 209

Another summer number one single here for the somewhat marmite Cher Lloyd, her 'Swagger Jagger' gaining her as many 'h8rs' as fans, but in this 10 she's very out of place in what is a very indie group of songs, everyone's favourite Swede Robyn does well with the 4th single from 'Body Talk', Florrie gets an impressive entry, someone many on here tipped for big things but it never happened. Noah & The Whale and The Vaccines are the less obvious entries here having had a year with decent mainstream success and exposure, Bombay Bicycle Club reached higher levels this year and the wonderfully summery 'Shuffle' is a deserving entry for them, The Horrors built on their superb 2009 album with an equally good return, whilst the winners of the last two Mercury Prizes are here, PJ Harvey last year and Jamie Smith, 1/3 of The xx, winning the year before, here with his solo effort/

080 - Professor Green ft. Emeli Sande 'Read All About It' - 210

079 - James Blake 'The Wilhelm Scream' - 211

078 - Loreen 'My Heart Is Refusing Me' - 212

076 - Demi Lovato 'Skyscraper' - 216

076 - Chris Brown ft. Benny Benassi 'Beautiful People' - 216

075 - Pitbull ft. Ne-Yo, Afrojack & Neyer 'Give Me Everything' - 221

074 - Britney Spears 'I Wanna Go' - 222

073 - Martin Solveig ft. Dragonette 'Hello' - 225

072 - Cher Lloyd ft. Mike Posner 'With Ur Love' - 227

071 - Ke$ha 'We R Who We R' - 231

Some more number ones now, including a fairly big on in Professor Green and one of the years huge ones for Pitbull, by which time plenty here were getting tired of the club banger sound. James Blake represents indie in this 10 with the standout from his debut album, and there a couple of pop females with cult BuzzJack followings in Demi Lovato and Loreen. Cher Lloyd's far less annoying finishes deservedly higher, although it is very dull, Chris Brown does surprisingly well, early hit of the year 'Hello' features for Martin Solveig and there's the first entry for long time BuzzJack favourite Britney Spears.

Chart Music almost top 100! :D Excellent to see Popular in the top 100! A really diverse mix here, which was to be expected, with the big indie songs of the year sitting alongside the likes of Swagger Jagger and Loca People
Lovely to see Loreen, didn't expect her to show up

148 Foster The People 'Call It What You Want' - 98

146 Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds 'AKA... What A Life!' - 100

144 Lady Gaga 'Scheiße' - 105

143 Aloe Blacc 'I Need A Dollar' - 106

137 White Lies 'Bigger Than Us' - 111

130 Jay-Z & Kanye West 'Niggas In Paris' - 116

119 Paramore 'Monster' - 131

112 Nero 'Men & You' - 143

107 Avicii 'Levels' - 151

103 Glee Cast 'Loser Like Me' - 155

101 The Vaccines 'Norgaard' - 157

Booo at these missing out, I only included those in bold in my countdown though so I can't complain too much about the others.

112 Nero 'Men & You' - 143

Freudian slip? :P

I'd only heard of her through Sober in BJSC so I was expecting that one to do well, but it didn't....

I was quite pleased with the amount of indie that sneaked into the bottom. As you'd expect though, there's just the obvious 'big 3' to left, + Coldplay too, although none for a while.

Some comments on the chart

100 - DJ Fresh ft. Sian Evans 'Louder' - 159  I'm glad it was this that really broke dub step into the mainstream, such a great song. And DJ Fresh looks certain to get another #1 soon

099 - Ed Sheeran 'You Need Me, I Don't Need You' - 164 This one just missed out on my top 100, good song here

098 - Jessie J 'Who You Are' - 165 :D

097 - Kelly Rowland 'Down For Whatever' - 166 -_-

096 - Gotye ft. Kimbra 'Somebody That I Used To Know' - 167 I love this a lot, but didn't get the love for it until it was released here so hopefully it can be high on 2012's countdown

094 - Nero 'Guilt' - 169

094 - Lana Del Rey 'Born To Die' - 169 This is boring for me, hopefully Video Games can be high however as that is her only good song that I've heard

093 - Sak Noel 'Loca People' - 173 My #3 song of the year is this low  It's a good thing I did my chart or this would be much lower down

092 - Nero 'Promises' - 174 I like this but not as much as Guilt/Me And You

091 - Eric Saade 'Popular' - 176

090 - Robyn 'Call Your Girlfriend' - 179 Boring. Go back to making good dance songs like With Every Heartbeat (one of the best tunes of 2007 )

089 - The Horrors 'Still Life' - 182 Another boring indie song

088 - Florrie 'I Took A Little Something' - 183

087 - Bombay Bicycle Club 'Shuffle' - 184

086 - Calvin Harris ft. Kelis 'Bounce' - 189  My #6 of the year, I love songs with production as great as this

085 - PJ Harvey 'The Words That Maketh Murder' - 197

084 - Jamie xx 'Far Nearer' - 202

083 - Noah & The Whale 'L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N.' - 203 This was alright but tired with overplay

082 - Cher Lloyd 'Swagger Jagger' - 208 ;)

081 - The Vaccines 'If You Wanna' - 209 B-)

080 - Professor Green ft. Emeli Sande 'Read All About It' - 210 Don't really like this, or anything from Pro Green's new era

079 - James Blake 'The Wilhelm Scream' - 211

078 - Loreen 'My Heart Is Refusing Me' - 212

076 - Demi Lovato 'Skyscraper' - 216

076 - Chris Brown ft. Benny Benassi 'Beautiful People' - 216 Chris Brown really put me off this, because Benassi's production is excellent

075 - Pitbull ft. Ne-Yo, Afrojack & Neyer 'Give Me Everything' - 221  A great example of a club banger tune. Nice to see that LMFAO are still to come

074 - Britney Spears 'I Wanna Go' - 222 -_-

073 - Martin Solveig ft. Dragonette 'Hello' - 225

072 - Cher Lloyd ft. Mike Posner 'With Ur Love' - 227 -_-

071 - Ke$ha 'We R Who We R' - 231 :)

Freudian slip? :P

070 - Olly Murs 'Dance With Me Tonight' - 232

069 - Nicole Scherzinger 'Wet' - 235

068 - Leona Lewis ft. Avicii 'Collide' - 237

067 - Avril Lavigne 'What The Hell' - 241

066 - Claire Maguire 'The Last Dance' - 246

065 - The Saturdays 'My Heart Takes Over' - 249

063 - One Direction 'What Makes You Beautiful' - 250

063 - Alexis Jordan 'Good Girl' - 250

062 - Beyonce 'Run The World (Girls)' - 251

061 - Kanye West 'All Of The Lights' - 256

It's very much a 10 here for songs by female artists which underperformed but BuzzJack still love, comeback singles from Beyonce, Avril and Leona, all of whom failed to get near their past heights, as well as huge underpeformers The Saturdays and Claire Maguire, the high levels of hype she received amounted to almost nothing. The 4th single from Nicole Scherzinger's album is at #69, her singles clearly got worse for the people of BuzzJack, Alexis Jordan proved she wasn't going to be a one hit wonder and 'Good Girl' does quite well. Elsewhere there are number one singles for X-Factor graduates Olly Murs and One Direction, and Kanye West just misses out on the top 60 with 'All Of The Lights', with the help of Rihanna, Kid Cudi, Elton John, Fergie and about a dozen others!

060 - Bruno Mars 'Grenade' - 258

059 - Jennifer Lopez 'Papi' - 265

058 - Nicole Scherzinger 'Right There' - 266

057 - Jessie J 'Nobody's Perfect' - 268

056 - David Guetta ft. Rihanna 'Who's That Chick?' - 271

055 - Jennifer Lopez ft. Lil Wayne 'I'm Into You' - 275

054 - Florence & The Machine 'What The Water Gave Me' - 278

053 - Emeli Sande 'Heaven' - 286

052 - Rihanna 'California King Bed' - 288

051 - Katy Perry 'The One That Got Away' - 304

Lots of female solo artists as we start to get further up, along with the hugely successful Bruno Mars who's actually done quite a bit better in this than I thought he would. Despite following two big singles 'Papi' never really did anything in the UK, even after featuring on a TV advert, Jennifer Lopez needed a rapper on her songs to do well here and I'm Into You finishes just higher. Emeli Sande will probably be big this year as she releases her debut album but I'm not expecting anything as good as 'Heaven'. There's more for Jessie J and Nicole whilst Rihanna and Katy Perry both get their first top 100 entries, 2010 crossover 'Who's That Chick?' being the first of 6 for her.

050 - LMFAO ft. Lauren Bennett & GoonRock 'Party Rock Anthem' - 307

049 - Lady Gaga 'You And I' - 309

048 - Azealia Banks '212' - 314

047 - Kelly Clarkson 'Mr Know It All' - 318

046 - Bon Iver 'Holocene' - 320

044 - Katy B 'Broken Record' - 330

044 - Pink 'Fucking Perfect' - 330

043 - Pixie Lott 'All About Tonight' - 333

042 - Ed Sheeran 'The A Team' - 345

041 - Jessie J 'Do It Like A Dude' - 353

A bit more varied 10 here, million seller 'Party Rock Anthem' kicks the top 50 off doing better than I imagine it would do here. There's some male representation from Ed Sheeran whose proved a bit marmite throughout the year and Bon Iver, representing the indie crowd. '212' does exceptionally well for Azealia Banks, hopefully she'll be a success this year but she'll probably need something a bit more radio friendly. Katy B seemed to please most this year but didn't do quite as well commercially as expected, 'Broken Record' is her sole entry here. There's some typical 'Pink' and Kelly Clarkson's comeback single. Lady Gaga makes sure all 5 of her singles make the top 50, just. Thankfully 'All About Tonight' and 'Do It Like A Dude' don't make it higher.

Great to see LMFAO in the top 50, even if they've only just scraped it  They would be at #59 with 257 points if it weren't for my chart (I had them at #1) so its great that I'm not the only person who loves this song on the forums

041 - Jessie J 'Do It Like A Dude' - 353

Shame didnt make top 40 :( guess it by number one year end wasn't enough.
