Posted February 5, 201213 yr I know the singles ones are available in many places, but I'd like to see the album ones with sales. I'm trying to find which year had the most million selling albums. Anyone have the info?
February 8, 201213 yr If you do an advanced search using +year +albums, you can find back to 2005 on Buzzjack. (you have to put in the + or else it searches for year OR albums), you need the + to make it search for year AND albums in the title.
February 8, 201213 yr Wikipedia has lists for most years, top 10 up to 2000 and a top 40 from 2001 onwards. Quite a lot of sales info as well, all the pages are "[year] in British music" and beneath the list of #1s you have the year-end charts.
