I could definately rave to that

It's quite meh to be honest. Mollie and Vanessa sound amazing, though.

 

It's hardly a hit, is it? And the fact that they "LOVE IT" is beyond ridiculous. It's not awful, but it doens't exactly scream "Oh my god, this is so new from us, let's do it!" or "Oh this sounds like a smash, let's do it!". If they are aiming for some albumtrack/filler, they could have went with their usual producers... It seems like they have completely ignored Ina (or she did, whatever) when she's their sound. Even the Xenomania tracks are probably forgotten. And instead, we got this average Rihanna reject?

 

 

It better features Vanessa and Mollie heavily as they sound amazing on it. Rochelle was great, although a bit strained.

I can't wait to hear Gentlemen in full, it sounds amazing from the clips.

I listened another few times to the track and I mean it's not bad, but if there's isn't any Ina, Xenomania, the Eriksen brothers tracks on the album, but we got this instead, I'll be so pissed. It's just another case of "BIG producer/name = quality track", but it's not true at all. Just look at What About Us it was written and procuced by some "nobodies" in the music industry right now. It's still one huge song.

This is b-side quality.

 

That's 4 songs now and I absolute love two of them, and the other two left me quite cold... (I absolutely love NGUOL and Gentleman, but Somebody Else's Life and Lease On Love are quite below their usual output.) Obviously, I didn't hear the final product. I'm sure when I do, I'll like both a lot more.

It's not confirmed Somebody Else's Life has made the album.

Quite underwhelming. I do hope there are Ina, Xenomania, the Eriksen as they have helped produce brilliant songs!

I don't think 30 Days is going to be on the album either. It definitely feels like it was during the On Your Radar era. If they do put it on the album, I think it will be a bonustrack.

 

I'm pretty sure Somebody Else's Life is on the album. I mean, it's the theme of the show, and they have recorded an acoustic version of it. They seem to like it, I would say. If it wasn't on the album, they would have given the studio version of it. It makes sense.

 

Anyway, Lease My Love is actually a grower. Well, the Rihanna demo. I think with some better production and good vocals, it would make a good albumtrack afterall. Although I really do hope they have much better than this on the album.

Considering that we've only heard snippets, I think the album sounds quite promising. All of them sound really high-energy and catchy. Not Giving Up On Love is the standout for me, Gentleman has potential, and Lease My Love sounds like a nice album track.

The chanty/chorus part sung by Rochelle at the end sounds pretty phenomenal.

Exactly what I thought. I thought it was a bit off when she was recording it on the first video, but with this new snippet, she sounds amazing. :wub:

That's exactly what someone said on the popjustice thread, they were like 'I'm not that keen' then heard the chorus and was like 'omg this is amazing' ad I've thought this ever since first heard it, I just love this type of music, that's why I bought The Spirit Indestructible by Nelly Furtado because nearly all the songs on that album are produced by Darkchild. I just love the whole thing but I wish producers would stop resurrecting ROBO-FRANKIE because she has a good voice, let us hear it!

No, the 'yeah' was Darkchild sayin yeah to Frankie whilst she was recording and the 'Lease My Love' part is also Darkchild doing his special appearance that he does in many of his songs, sort of like Timbaland.

After the songs so far, Not Giving Up On Love is still the best 2nd single material!

Well she is the least good singer (doesn't mean she's not good, though), and she knows it and it makes her a lot less confident than the other girls. I think she's fine with the lines she has been having to be honest. :unsure:
