The legendary singer, who stole the show at the Super Bowl in 1991 with her rendition of “The Star-Spangled Banner,” was joined by friends at the bar of the Beverly Wilshire Hotel as they watched the halftime show (for the record, she didn’t have one drink). Whitney started dancing and clapping along as “Vogue” was performed. “Go Madge!” she can be heard saying in the camera phone footage. Bar patrons tell TMZ that Whitney raved about the performance and reminisced about the days when she would battle Madge on the charts.
