Portland, Oregon is about 3-3.5 hours south of Seattle....

The company i work for has it's head office in Portland but I doubt I will drop in during my trip :P

I will be away Mon/Tues/Wed next week, off to the Uk again , I hope the weather calms down a bit ..a plane tipped over today in Shannon airport ( with passengers on board just before take off ) , we had hurricane winds out there today

Cripes, what a long night.....busier than a 1-legged man in a bum-kicking contest.....I only managed about a 15 minute break, long enough to inhale me sandwich, then back at it....gads, my feet are throbbin....clocked in for 1530 yesterday local time, clocked out this morning at 0135 local time....my supervisor even came back in because we were THAT busy..... :blink: :blink: :blink:

There are nights when I don't mind it being quiet....but 2 nights in a row of seemingly nonstop gogogogogogo is not my idea of fun....I'll manage, mind you, just at my age, not so much of an enjoyment any longer....
