Evening. I've been out digging my garden all weekend in preparation for laying chips. Really heavy work. I sweated like a piggy for 2 days. Just popped onto the scales all excited. I'm 2lb heavier than I was last week. I truly give up... :angry: :angry: :angry:

I stepped on the scales this morning and have lost weight :unsure: I am now the same weight I was 24 yrs ago :wacko:
