Too near Christmas. Everyone is in a post-festive depression and my birthday tends to pass them by :cry:

My brothers birthday is on Christmas day, he gets double presents :w00t:

I have no hot water, something is wrong with my heating.

It takes forever to get just 2 inches of bath water with boiling a kettle :(

I'd be really stressed out if I couldn't get my nightly 2 hour bath :(

And to make matters worse, guess what arrived in my post yesterday?

 

A letter. Addressed to me. From Lloyds pharmacy.

 

Telling me that because I am over 60, I am eligible for free sight and hearing tests. And if I'm too infirm to get to their shops, they can visit me at home.

 

What's going on? Am I the victim of identify theft by a 95 year old deaf, blind, man-eater? :angry:

Don't fight it Jups, being over 60 does have some advantages :P

Just sitting here listening to the 'Under a Blood Red Sky' live dvd, in hopes it'd boost me spirits....no luck yet.....I'm sick to death of going on interviews, only to be told, 'I'm looking for someone experienced' for these pharmacy technician positions I've been applying to the past 3 months......that is, if I can even GET a fookin interview to begin with.....I'm at a point now I'm ready to chuck all that school in the dustbin, and go back to electrics, since these pharmacy managers won't even give me a chance..... -_- -_- -_- -_- -_- -_-

That's not good news Biggie. It's always the way of it. Companies are looking for experience but how do you gain experience if no-one will give you a chance? :(
