It's called being on a diet. It's how these things work. :drink:
I do not believe in diets..I go cycling & walking instead & to the gym & that way you can eat whatever you like :)

I walk 30 mins every day, apart from weekends, then I just walk round the shops :P Going to the gym builds up body muscle, and would no doubt build up the muscle in the

places I want to lose weight.

And muscle weighs more then fat. I'll never reach my target weight if I get all fit and healthy :o

Yes ! We had a big gym at primary school. I used to shimmy up the wallbars. ^_^

 

 

 

Ah !! but as you say the fat truns into muscle but at the same time you get toned from the exercise & that makes you look slimmer :)

I've been under nearly all week B-) I'm putting myself in risk of starvation mode apparently :wacko:
