Well it looks like Beyoncé wants to do a Rihanna and forget what's become a relative flop for her in the US with 'Déjà Vu' (its totally sank on radio and its downloads look likely to peak in their first week) so to keep the momentum running before the album comes out 5th Sept the 'Ring the Alarm' video will premiere 14th Aug on Yahoo. once more the Director is Sopie Muller.

From those that have heard this song its being HEAVILY hyped-up by them. I'm unsure considering the abum is only 10 tracks long and was recorded in 2 weeks. Expect the song to leak in the next week :D

I'm actually lookin' forward to this :D although I'm disappointed big time that the album was recorded in 2 weeks  I mean, it was the same with 'Destiny Fulfilled' and it turned out c**p, so yeah, I think I know what to expect of this, although I hope she proves me wrong eh ...

Its totally sunk or Radio there and hence people arent hearing it and its falling on downloads.

I think its hit its peak in the US at #4 and they will move quickly onto RTA.

Me and Pipa were discussing this and we agreed that Déjà Vu is a very European track and certainly doesn't appeal to the US hence why radio rejected it.

Absolutely! Same with the video IMO.

im really disappointed with beyonce this time round... no effort at all was put into the first single, an dby the loos of it ANY of the album... 2 weeks is ridiculous!! i thought christina milians 3 months was bad....

2 weeks :o How? that means she must have sang each song like twice and hardly perfected them.

well her ego would clearly have overcome the 'perfecting' part... :P

she probably had the 10 songs wrote for her and all she had to do was sing them and leave the producers to do the work!! :)

so what do you think?

i think its been way too hyped up... :( in my opinion its worse than 'deja vu'!! i really wish she had taken her time on this album, her last album was OK but the singles were GREAT!! i will still be listening out for the album though... :)

her voice is different in it... like its different in 'deja vu', its lost that soul it had!! :(
:( i still think check up on it or whatever it was called was the most annoyingly overplayed piece of $h!t and she was HUGE in the video.. was it just me that noticed her legs! she says she slimmed down for a film role ..she slimmed down coz she got fat.
DeJa Vu is far better :( but still, I used to think DeJa Vu is c**p, and now I love it .. so yeah, it will deffo grow on me :)
I quite like this. It's noisy and prolly one of those songs you have to be in the right mood for. The bridge is rubbish and the chorus sounds a bit like a messy version of Check On It but it has a good beat I think.

i wanna hear this, i will listen tomorrow!!

lovin Deja Vu, this better be better than Check Up On It That was awful
