May have to revise down play's odds of winning then. I thought it would at least get to 100 points in Semi 2 aka The Indie Semi. I can't see the Semi 1 voters bringing as much love to the table as it would attract in its own semi, therefore it could well be out of the race. Yuxhaaq vs. Kylienips?

I guess so, but then again I guess having a higher number of indie tracks will mean the points are more likely to be split between them? Therefore, play will get lots of lower points whereas if it was in semi 1 it would get fewer sets of points but 8s, 10s and 12s.. Saying that, I suppose it will just even out so completely ignore that! :kink:

My big pointer was to a song I feel could go Top5 in the UK this instant, but I couldn't *love* anything in this semi. Hoping the goods are all in SF1 then! :D

I REALLY think it's a bad idea that hosts have gotten into the habit of revealing the number of points the leader of a semi has. The whole point of not revealing the results of the semi is to stop it affecting the final results, and I've got no doubt the speculation over Look Back being the only song capable of storming semi 1 played at least small part in the votes of a couple of people who maybe got a little casual and bumped a song or two above it in their votes as they thought it a certainty to landslide, thereby stopping it from winning.
