ive done this before, and its worked well.

 

basically, everyweek you post you top 5 or top 10 shakira youve been listening to during the week (this can be determined by mp3 player counts, or off memory).

 

and then after all charts have been gathered, points are collected, and wollah - the shakira weekly chart.

 

what do you guys think? if its a yes, then i can start this/next week.

i used to do it in the corrs forum on coolclarity and i think thats how most people compiled it back then ;)
