Euphoria ticks the 'enduring classic' boxes for me but nothing else comes close to my top three of last year (Popular/I Can/The Secret Is Love), but then neither of those three I liked as much as Euphoria or Satellite the year before. 2009 was a great balance because there were a good clutch of songs that I LOVED and the overall quality was great too.
April 29, 201213 yr Author 2008, 2010 and 2011 have the highest highs of the last 5 years by far for me, whereas 2009 and now 2012 have a much better overall quality but few big HIGHS - even La Voix which was head and shoulders above anything else from 2009 for me pales when compared to the best from 08 (Hero), 10 (Drip Drop) and 11 (What About My Dreams). The latter does seem to be the preferred way of things though, but I actually ended up with more tracks I really liked last year too (28 to this years 27).

Brilliant chart yet again ^_^ 01 - It's only 50% stanning though, I have genuinely fallen in love with it massively this week. It's really odd actually given it was only my 5th favourite on first listening to the album and now it's very nearly my favourite, well as near as you can get to the sheer majesty of The Girl. 34 - Yeah, I agree, the #34 pretty much sums it up nicely. Nice, but overrated. 39 - It is generic yeah, but I think he needs to go with generic for singles because his best tracks, at least on the first album, aren't very commercial. I do agree though, much better than BTIKM which was a really weak lead single, as the complete lack of success proved. Thanks! People seem to be liking a lot which is good.
