Just a shame the quality was really quite dreadful.

Just tuned in to see a great winner. Wasn't happy with most of the rubbish but Asbjørn - The Criminal is a good song.

 

Disappointed to see Absofacto doing so poorly. Though it was at least a top-10 song.

This Little Majorette's song is incredible. By far my favourite. Absolutely hated her BJSC song though.

it was a nice first try from me, and it got a 20 so I'm delighted. Maybe I'll take part next time too...it's better than I've expected :D

I'm surprised Little Majorette wasn't sent to BJSC and that Obedear wasn't sent here. Both are suited to both contests but both sound like they could've won the other one had they been sent to them!

Clearly I still suck at this game! Probably picked the wrong song from Foe. Must try harder next time.

That said overall this was a VERY noticeably commercial contest. There was a lot in this which could've very easily passed for the more indiefied stuff in the BJSC (my entry included). Not to say that I didn't enjoy it (most of it was right up my street), but I want to find another Penny Black or USA Boys. At the moment there's not much of that about.

I wouldn't say we need THAT long, but we do need a bit longer than normal. Maybe August?
