Hi U2 fans,

 

My name is Gil, I'm a musician and a big fan of U2 myself.

I've just completed a video of two cover versions of U2 songs I created, in an electronic vibe. I would love some feedback from U2 fans!

 

 

I personally believe there aren't enough quality, original covers of U2 songs. Hope you enjoy!

You've done a really interesting (and original) interpretation of the 2 songs. I think Vertigo lends itself better to the electronic vibe mind you. Just so used to hearing Pride performed as an all out rock song it's strange to hear it as anything else. Can't really imagine bouncing along to your version at a stadium gig. :lol:

 

The production is very professional and you have a good voice if I may say so. And you're right. For some reason acts seem to shy away from covering U2 songs (with the exception of 'One' :P ).
