I'm a bit disappointed that Ivi was so sh*t live.

She sounded a lot better than I expected her to! I was expecting a bit of a car crash vocally (hence why I predicted her to not qualify beforehand), but once she'd performed there was no question she was going through to the final!

Is there a live streaming of the press release? (picking the numbers)

Azerbaijan! :magic:

eurovision.tv/esctv except it's not working at the moment! :(

I predicted 9/10... didn't consider myself an expert. Hungary is a nice surprise. Vocally I thought he was perfectly fine (doesn't look bad either!), I predicted it to qualify by the bare skin of its teeth. The only one I got wrong was Albania (I picked Finland). Both relatively piss poor songs. Albania is 3 minutes of "look at how long I can hold a dodgy note for". I think it was more of a televote that got them through... surely a panal of music "experts" would realise the song was a mess.

Oh and one more thing... THANK f*** FOR CYPRUS!!!

I'm so happy Jedward got through to the finals. I'm going to watch the final night then.

Ha! I got 9/10 too, just swap in Albania for Austria and it was fine. No REAL surprise qualifiers tonight, shame, that always makes it more exciting (would have been perfect had Jedward stayed out of the last envelope, but one dud is fine I suppose)

I have a feeling semi 2 will throw up more surprise qualifiers though.

Moldova closing the final is not a bad result at all! There are worse songs that could be doing that.

I really think Pasha's got a top 10 on lock now.

Moldova #26! closing the final!

Moldova finished 10th last time they closed the final in 2007. Reckon they will do similar this year.
