Yes, 'Euphoria' will be Ghosty's Christmas no. 1 at the rate it's going. :D

Spain got their first Top 10 since 2004 *.*

Germany finally completely got rid of the Big 5 curse - 3 Top 10's in a row! *.*

Let's see if BBC will want to experiment with the entrants again :D

I'm so happy for Loreen and Sweden, a completely deserved win!

And the UK gave her the 12 and not Jedward!! Highlight of my evening (along with Sarah Dawn Finer of course!)

We need to do better, last time we had a good entry was with Jade Ewan coming 5th, we need to send Cheryl :D

Perhaps if the BBC finally got round to asking Hurts, the UK might actually do well in 2013.

However, I'm sure we'll end up with Samantha Fox or someone as randomly random as you can get.

Hello bottom 10.

Figures I voted four times for Spain, once for Iceland and once for Italy and I don't think Ireland gave any of them anything.

Spain for me was the stand out performance of the night, absolutely stunning performance.

Seems like Europe are bored of Jedward, not that I'm complaining. It's time for something fresh. Although I have to say I wasn't pleased when Germany were voting.....it was like the whole crowd behind her was waving Ireland flags and wearing jed-heads and we didn't get a thing from them.

Good night Buzzjack! I had a lot of fun tonight, sharing this Eurovision evening with you ^_^

Tonight has really wound me up for United Kingdom - because, our song has come 2nd last, and a mainstream dance track has come 1st.

But, why does it still feel like we're not going to learn anything from this?!

I've posted the semi results in the Green Room thread - some BIG shocks! :o

Because we never do :( I really wish the juries hadn't marked Blue down so much, I Can coming its deserved place of top five might have kept the BBC going forward with contemporary entries. All they will have seen is 'another fail' when it was actually far from it, and the 2nd biggest post-contest hit last year across Europe.

Really disappointed with Ireland's result - On paper it seemed like the right thing to do to send them again, but at least we won't be entering them next year! (At least I hope not)..

Really loved Spain and Greece

Results of the first semi are on wikipedia, and I'm inclined to believe it because I'm lazy.

Ireland came 6th. Russia won the semi while Albania came in 2nd.

Iceland and Denmark came 8th and 9th :o

Bah at Latvia with 16th.

Norway only qualified through just about as they were joint with Bulgaria :o

Surprised at Slovenia flop at 17th.

Another bah at Netherlands at 15th. :(

How in the blazes did Lithuania get 3rd? I'm totally missing something with this song.

Sweden actually got EIGHTEEN 12's, in comparison to Rybak's SIXTEEN.

:D

New record! Only Italy didn't vote for her, fools.

Couldn't care less about Ireland coming 19th. I'm more gutted about Denmark and Iceland! :( Although I'm so happy with how well Albania and Estonia did!
