Material Girl coming to the UK in September

British shoppers will be able to buy clothes from Madonnas fashion range Material Girl for the first time from September.

German shopping group Otto has snapped up the exclusive European rights to the Material Girl range and plans to make its autumn collection available to shoppers in Britain and the continent through its online fashion stores.

The line is already available in German stores and online at otto.de.

 

The collection of tops, jackets, skirts and jeans, are designed to have a rock edge and are aimed at 16- to 24-year-olds. Prices for pieces range from £15 to £100. Georgia May Jagger, the daughter of Rolling Stones frontman Sir Mick Jagger, seen with Madonna and Lourdes, above, is also being used to promote the range internationally.

 

Oliver Klinck, Otto vice president for ladieswear and menswear, said: "Madonna and her daughter have created a fresh and fashionable collection. We are excited to be offering Material Girl exclusively."

'Hard Candy Fitness' Moscow Official Opening Night

 

Ahead of the MDNA tour stop in Moscow on Tuesday, Madonna and her dancers will be attending the official opening of the 'Hard Candy Fitness' centre in Moscow on Monday:

Hard Candy Fitness, the global luxury fitness brand will celebrate the success of its newest Moscow location with an official Grand Opening event on August 6. Madonna, whose MDNA Tour arrives in Moscow in August, will be attending the festivities along with the dancers from her tour. Hard Candy Fitness Moscow, which opened its doors in December 2011, has quickly become the hottest fitness destination to hit Red Square, boasting 3,500 square meters of top of the line amenities and programming allowing its members to work out hard and relax in luxury.

Madonna’s influence and design is seen and felt throughout this stunning new facility.
