Meant to post this earlier, it's gorgeous, if a little subtle to be the single. The album is called Elysium and it's out in September, the rumour is that the first single Winner will be out on 6 August (supposedly from Music Week, can you check that out?)

Yep its on there, they gave the album title as Winner though

They more often than not can still deliver the goods but they now appear to be a fan base purchase only, their albums come and go of the chart far to quickly as do the singles.
The album actually leaked several weeks ago, I'd say it's their best for a long time (although Yes was fantastic too!)

This sounds absolutely terrible to me. Winner was their worst single in quite some time (well, since 'Numb' but I often choose to forget that it existed) and I can't hear anything on the album that I'm going to want to listen to more than once. Sad times.

Oh and "I Often Choose To Forget That It Existed" would make a FABULOUS title for them!

I really like the Pet Shop Boys...although I'll be honest this new material is taking a while to grow on me. I loved 'Yes', it was my album of 2009 and I absolutely played it to death so that's probably some of it - but I've always been a fan of their work. Good strong, electro-pop music! I loved the Pandemonium tour DVD as well - amazing show, especially the 'Viva La Vida/Domino Dancing' mashup.

Oh I'm a reasonably big fan also, although I found Yes quite disappointing also if I'm honest (The Way It Used To Be and Love Etc aside). I did really love Fundamental however, it houses some of my favourite ever PSB tracks.

Very is my personal fave album of theirs though, it was the first one of theirs I bought so it has a lot of memories for me - plus it's rather consistent from start to end, even if it's 1993 release means it is rather of it's time. :D

Dont have much hope. I didn't even like much of Fundamental.
