I'm so sad she's underperforming in the UK/ US :( But at least she took the no.1 from Katy everywhere else more or less (... ... except Kenya).

New DJWS interview. This is what he said about the Applause video. (not lyric video)

 

"I think you are going to like the video very much. I watched the whole editing process. I went to New York with her and sat in a room for two days while she color corrected and went through the video frame by frame. She is such an intricate part of everything that moves, that it's all a part of the same vision," he said. "She's very into making sure that everything has its place. The video is really fun and exciting and she looks awesome in it. There's concepts. It's Lady Gaga! It's a Lady Gaga video! It's a good video. It's really fun."
What a QUEEN. :wub: The music video has to be immense, she needs all the help she can get on iTunes at the moment!

She's flopped :( :( Maybe it'll have longevity though?

 

Maybe it'll rise up as people like it. Remember Bad Romance floundered before people 'got it'. AND everyone ('cept me) was saying it wouldn't be no.1, but it was.

I really hope it does a Bad Romance chartwise, like kath and yuyi say a a super video like Bad Romance would help it a lot!!!!!

Bad Romance was iconic, it'll be hard to top that but with GodGa anything is possible!
