Posted July 26, 201213 yr I've searched the forums but I couldn't find a topic on this song, so I thought its time to make one! After 2 years since 'Saturday' was released, Basshunter is finally back with his next English single 'Northern Light'. It will be released in the UK on the 5th August! The new video continues the story which features Aylar and Jonas' love story. It all began with the 'Now You're Gone' video, and continued with the videos for 'All I Ever Wanted', 'Angel In The Night', 'I Miss You', 'Every Morning' and 'I Promised Myself' which ended with Aylar being rescued from sea but her ex-boyfriend from the first 2 videos meeting her in the hospital. In the video for 'Northern Light', Aylar and Jonas are re-united but how long for? This video has the biggest cliffhanger yet! g_eK9tOgDiA Great song too, it took a few listens for me - but it's really good now! :cheer: I've just rewatched all the previous videos that feature this ongoing story and I didn't remember the events in the 'Every Morning' and 'I Promised Myself' videos, I didn't realise Aylar got lost out at sea and Lucas made a comeback for the latter video! Can't wait for the next song and of course the video! I need to know what happens next! :drama:
July 27, 201213 yr I heard this a month ago. It's a decent track. It's weird the girl is featured in this video again. LOL
July 27, 201213 yr Basshunter - still partying like it's 2008 :P Yeah he's just going to get lost in the crowd now. He was so huge four years ago because the whole high-energy dance thing sounded so different in the charts compared to all the indie landfill - same reason Cascada did so well back then. But now there's so much David Guetta/etc around that no one's going to notice this. And given that every song by law these days must have a rap in it, that won't help either. Still unashameably listen to his first few singles though...I saw him live in April 2009 and it was surprisingly brilliant, he was hilarious and put on an unexpectedly awesome show!
