August 17, 201212 yr As a 'chart veteran' I would like to see them combined. An album is an album as long as it satisfies the criteria for length/price, if it does then it should be included. It seems completely artificial to make a distinction along the lines of whether one or many artists happen to be featured on the included tracks. If there are a lot of compliations at the top of the chart, well too bad. That's what's selling. The charts primary function isn't to be exciting to follow, it is to accurately track what is selling. totally agree with all of the above, well said...
