With 'indie' taking over it seems like the perfect track to cross over and score pop & indie votes, it seems a couple of others would've liked to send it too, I'm onto something this time. :D If I can find a good entry I might be entering the next UP. The Lifehouse track does strike me as something you might like, don't see it becoming a British hit at all, it got off to an OK start on US iTunes last week though, could be a possible bjsc entry. I do hope Ellie's album has some better songs, it's alright, still a bit disappointing though. It had a tough time dethroning Taylor but I've listened to it a lot the past week, especially with the Glee cover too. It's been over a year since I came top 10 so that itself would be very welcome, a win could be on the cards though, being top of a set of odds for the first time ever is very exciting anyway. Battleground? :P It's my fave since 'Glad You Came' even though they're still trying to re-create the success of that. It's a great pop/indie crossover and Glee have done 'It's Time' now, maybe it could be a mini 'We Are Young'. I expected it to do well but being top of Lew's odds was a big surprise. Thanks for the love David. That's the good thing about it, if it did sound like them I probably wouldn't like it at all. If you liked 'Glad You Came' at all you should check out 'I Found You', they're quite similar, moreso than the more recent singles. This will probably do better but I expect it to be another #2 for them, they'll surely get another X Factor slot but that won't be loads of help if they can't pull off the falsetto live. I'm the exact same with Conor! And Misha mainly. I think people can seperate personality & music (I mean, Chris Brown has done well recently but he does still have plenty of female fans somehow) and she should get an X Factor slot too so I hope it can go top 5.
