185 - The Beatles "She Loves You" (1963) (+30)

This is in no way the greatest or most classic Beatles song, but the sales suggest otherwise. It is currently in the top 10 best sellers of all time in the UK. No surprise there as it spent a ridiculous amount of time in the top 10. This was The Beatles' 2nd UK #1, of course there were many many more to come!

The first of two massive singles from the duo, both taken from the same film 'Grease'. This is not bad but personally I much prefer their second chart topper "Summer Nights". The song is very catchy and fun.

A nice little tune from the biggest girlband of the 60s. Not much else to say about it really, it's listenable but not my type of music.

This is the most recognizable song by Culture Club. It's very nice and 80s. I'm running out of things to say about these classic 80s songs, as I weren't there at the time! The cover looks like Boy George is trying to take the tile of 'most weirdly dressed' away from Adam Ant.

This is one of those ballads that get used in The X Factor to show off your voice. It's alright but I'm not a fan.

Sorry about the very slow rate that this is going at...

180 - Take That "Back For Good" (1995) (+33)

1-1-1-1-2-4-8-14-22-31-50-61-72->13

One of Gary Barlow's favourite songs ever, this is probably their most well known 90s hit, and my personal favourite from Take That before the reunion.

37-7-1-1-1-1-2-5-11-14-13-16-25-45-60-52R(55)-57-66->18

This song's listenable but it is in no way one of the best power ballads of the 80s. This was the only hit single for Berlin, it returned back to the top 3 in 1990 when they re-released it (don't ask me why lol)

We now get to the first of many female pop singers of the 00s, and how appropriate is it that the lowest of them all is this floppy bitch :magic: I do like this song, it seems to be forgotten in Christina's career in favour of Ain't No Other Man, Beautiful and Candyman (in real life) and Hurt, Lady Marmalade and The Voice Within (on Buzzjack)

The more iconic Prodigy chart topper is still to come, but right here we have another excellent song by them. This band demonstrates that when dance music is done right it can go straight to the top, they sold a lot of albums and singles at the time. Right now they're taking a (really long) break (we need more music from you!)

Another person we need new music from! Lily Allen, now known as Lily Rose Cooper, went straight to the top with her debut single (this) This is the first of two songs by her in the top 200.

I think the last time I heard this was back in the top #1s of the 90s countdown. It's not very memorable, but it's good for what it is.

This song has suffered a bit from overplay, there was a time when I really liked it, now I just casually like it.

It's OK, but I much prefer their hits Sweet Dreams and Sisters Are Doing It For Themselves.

I don't like this song to be honest, especially the rap and Aguilera's parts of the song.

171 - Tomcraft "Loneliness" (2003) (+42)

1-4-5-9-13-18-24-31-39-48-71-75-74->13

Here we have one-hit wonder Tomcraft but what a brilliant song to have one hit with. One of the greatest dance records of that year, and it wouldn't sound too out of place in today's chart. Throw in Guetta, Ne-Yo and Flo Rida and it'll be a #1 smash again!

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/c/c0/Loneliness.png

Woo 'Breathe'! Would be higher if I had voted but #177 is still respectable. (Also they always have massive gaps between albums, they are working on a new album now and as long as we get it before 2014 that's a shorter gap then the one between their last two albums).

Also it's spelled 'Aguilera' :P
