ya im the same,i put on alot of weight and it got outa control for a while,so around this time last year i started to do something about it,so i started walking and joined the gym later on,and cut back on bad foods as such,i have been doing well with huge help from my gorlfriend and have lost 6 stone with another stone to go,i need a lot of toning up now that the problem,

 

been of the smokes makes it a little harder to diet but im tryin my hardest to get healthier

I have good metabolism so I don't change my diet as I'm more comfortable that way, but it'll do me good to keep in shape really.

my metabolism is bad i gain weight very very easily and im not just saying that as an easy way out,your very lucky

Its annoying becuase my mother has great metabolism and and dad has a bad one

its so unfair but thats life at times

the forum needs more people involved,its just stringing along at times but on average is extremely quiet 6 days a week,more solid posting and more solid members are needed to sustain a good placing again

we are still one of the main forums no matter what happens. Plus you have we need more people involved. Well no offence but wat about that you. Only hear from you once in a while

yes you hit the nail on the coffin dannyboy,system alert you sauy we need more welli suggest you come here more often,i do like you because you are always on the kylie defence but sometimes you go a little over board on dannii and also i noticed some very low un neccessary celine dion comments also,but we do need more regular posters i agree so please do post more often yourself

yesi see your point the more posters thebetter,the dannii slating doesnt affect me to mcuh as im not a major fan which i have always said,but i do understand its hard for the danii fans here to have to read such negative posts
