October 7, 201212 yr :w00t: I hope MusicWeek reveal some totals and/or first week sales for James Bond Themes tomorrow.
October 7, 201212 yr If anyone’s interested… First Week Sales 7,848 You Know My Name [#12] 6,055 Another Way to Die [#26] Peak Position Sales 53,000 Die Another Day [#03] 27,683 Another Way to Die [#09] 14,518 You Know My Name [#07]
October 8, 201212 yr Author I've edited Jack White & Alicia Keys sales, total sales has been given in this week's sales report.
October 8, 201212 yr Great that Another Way to Die has passed 200k despite only selling 130k in 2008. There hasn't been another theme between now and then, so nothing to really boost it. Perhaps the success of Alicia Keys' The Element of Freedom helped it? I know it was still charting in the Top 200 for a few weeks in 2009.
October 21, 201212 yr I'm still hoping MusicWeek will give some totals for the Bond Themes... maybe the Sunday after the premiere?
October 21, 201212 yr Such a shame "You Know My Name" was released during such a poor sales climate. "The Living Daylights" deserved more as well.
