A writer who chose to remain anonymous for now, tells MartianTV the dance songs he pitched for Album 8 were turned down by Team Britney.

“We’re staying away from dance this time,” they replied.

 

“Blackout” certainly wasn’t a dance album…!

Producer Tweets Will.I.Am About Album 8

 

Producer Anthony Preston Tweeted he and Sandy Vee crafted a song for Album 8 and hope it makes the final cut.

 

Just had another listen to a co-prod me and @sandyveeNYC are workin up for @britneyspears. I hope @iamwill likes this s*** as much as I do!

Anthony Preston’s worked closely with David Guetta, and produced songs for Christina Milian, Brian Lee, will.i.am, Nicole Scherzinger, LMFAO, Lil Wayne, FloRida, Cutfather, Paris Hilton, Natasha Bedingfeld and Jennifer Hudson. Sandy Vee co-produced Rihanna’s “Only Girl (In the World)”, “Firework” by Katy Perry, and 8 songs on the David Guetta album One Love.

 

Looks like the rumors of Album 8 being less dancey is BS, and the rumors of Will.I.Am executive producing the album are true.

 

And hey, he managed to get our girl a new world-wide number one, so it should be interesting what he comes up with!

I'm really feeling after "Scream & Shout" dies down, she's gonna announce something. She's been tweeting A LOT recently about the album.

She seems more involved/excited about this project than Femme Fatale, which makes me even more excited.

Yeah, we didn't hear about 'Femme Fatale' until like a month before 'Hold It Against Me' was released. And it was just a tweet telling the tabloids to kiss her ass, and then she was like and oh yeah lol new single next month bai.
