Everyone knows that if a song is not ACTUALLY in Eurovision then it's going to get 0 points from me. But if it was in Eurovision then 12 points by default. This system is faultless. :D

Voted, the first 5-6 was easier than the last 4, because there were at least 6-7 songs I wanted to give points and in the end I had to choose which ones I have to leave out.

So I've stopped confusing Chris with JakeWild (not that I ever REALLY did that anyway) and now keep thinking he's Cal despite the completely different avatar/sig combination. Apparently the first thing I notice about a post is the country flag.

I only realized just before the CD Swap! :lol: C.R's entries were always quite good, though! He's definitely one I do miss. =[

 

I haven't even listened to the songs since the semi results. :/ I've been too busy freaking out about a report (although we got an extension this evening), and my thesis is being a pain in the ass. Plus I've spent my precious free time protesting. Although I encourage the act of revolting against archaic laws, it actually takes up a lot of time. :( I probably won't be able to vote until early Friday evening. Far too close for comfort!

I just really want results now. I've just dug through all of the contests I've been in the final for to get my voting history (my pointers are all over the place :o) and I'm in the BJSC mood! The voting periods are always so long.

VOTED. very very difficult, i ended up with 15 songs i really did want to vote. all of them would've been an easy 4+ in any other final really.

Lena Katina's 'Never Forget' lyrics kinda lose their power now it's been confirmed they'll reform to perform on Romania's 'The Voice'.

Sandebörg has voted, about 3 or 4 songs missed out on votes, a strong final overall.

I ended up with a solid 10 I wanted to vote for, but the next 10 or so were still great and would have scored in about 5 other finals this year.

I also think this final is so strong. There's a big bunch of tracks I really like but when I look at my provisional votes, I then look at the tracks missing out and think "but this deserves points too". :(

 

I've also been really impressed with many of the SF1 qualifiers, and I hadn't even given them a listen until it got to the final voting stage.
