As nobody else has commented on this episode, I'll say that it's (currently) a disappointing follow-up to Marley's fainting on stage, and absolutely ridiculous for the rest of the glee club to hate her for it... And then they didn't even mention her eating disorder for the rest of the episode! I didn't like how half of the songs in the episode were given to Rachel as well, especially with one of them being released two series'(?) ago!

Overall: too much New York, not enough resolution.

I agree, it was a disappointing episode. Focused far too much on NYADA, I did like the way Kurt had to do a spontaneous audition for Carmen Tibideaux. But, and I know it's just a TV show, it's a bit strange that Carmen 'never' gives out second chances and yet both Kurt and Rachel from the same school, best friends etc. get second chances from her and both fly into NYADA!

But it was ridiculous how no-one questioned why Marley fainted, and like Theo said it's baffling how suddenly they all hate her, like as if she could help fainting! Hopefully a blip, but I can't see them covering it in the Xmas ep (usually they're devoid of story) so it could be a while... Quite interested to see what happens with New Directions now, but they did go entirely the wrong way about pretty much everything that episode. And of the songs, I only enjoyed All That Jazz :(

I agree completely with both of you. I'm not saying that good stuff should never happen to people on TV because obviously good stuff can happen to people in real life but everything with Kurt and Rachel felt too convenient for me.

I did enjoy the "Don't Dream It's Over" performance though and I did laugh a couple of the times (mainly at the piano man finally speaking up).
