Massive fan of 'Acolyte' but this is just... a bit underwhelming isn't it. Sounds like a Muse song.

I hope Collections is an improvement on Acolyte. I like the band. Acolyte was only intermittently enjoyable. The title track was amazing.

I heard Yeasayer in this. Liking it btw.

Quite dull. Where's the chorus, the melody, the great rhythm of the songs from their debut album? Did they make a song like Counterpoint this time?

I actually quite like this one. 'Baiya' has grown on me as well.

I loved Acolyte..... I don't understand what happened between their 1st album + 2nd album but there is literally only 1 song that I like.

 

Acoltye was instant brilliance for me and could just listen to the whole thing the whole way through and love every song. Collections felt like everything that made Acolyte brilliant was stripped out of the songs. Having listened through Collections twice its such a disappointment - but I guess alot of acts have a killer first album and 2nd album isn't great.

They're the only 2 songs I like from on there as well - It was seriously underwhelming and a disappointing follow up
