Wish there were more songs on it. Anyone else a fan?

Album is out February 18 (if we survive tomorrow).

I wonder if he'll get a top 75 single from this album, like he did with Dig Lazarus Dig?

 

That album took about 3 1/2 years to click with me. He's had some other great songs from time to time, including "Into My Arms" and "O Children", although I wouldn't really call myself a fan.

Loving We No Who U R at the moment.

 

 

I don't always look forward to his releases but The Mercy Seat is one of favourite songs of all time. Absolutely incredible.

 

Always got a lot of time for The Weeping Song and all of Henry's Dream.

The new song is indeed good.

I think my favorite song is 'As I Sat Sadly by Her Side' but maybe that's because 'No More Shall We Part' is simply my favorite album by him and the only one I own.

I really like Tender Prey. As well as The Mercy Seat, Deanna and Alice are well worth a listen.

And so it has leaked.

The first five tracks are brilliant, I'm not a big fan of 'We Real Cool' and 'Finishing Jubilee Street'. Luckily it picks up again after that. I think my favorites are 'Wide Lovely Eyes' and 'Mermaids'.

Maybe 'Push the Sky Away' too. I love the subtlety of the music in alot of his songs.
