I could see this coming and I think it's an incredibly good storyline to tackle, but I think it would be more effective if it was someone who didn't have as big of a body as Jason does. I suppose it does show that this disorder can affect anyone of any shape or size though.

 

Except he's very small?? So he'd be the perfect character for it?

I by far prefer sienna to nancy, without a doubt! the former is such a babe, even when she's all scheming and evil I'm just amazed by her, anna passey is a brilliant actress and I'm thrilled she deservedly won best villain at the soap awards. sienna has gotten even better over the last few months as well with her friendship with leela (also a babe), finding her daughter, standing up to patrick, and more.

nancy on the other hand just annoys me. occasionally she can come out with some good lines but generally she just seems like an annoying goody two-shoes.

Sienna and Leela's friendship is one of the best in soap <3

Yeah she basically blackmailed him with the fact that she knows about him abusing Maxine because he kept on trying to stop her finding her daughter (he paid the adopted mother to lie she ran away etc.) rather than just accepting Patrick's actions.

It's about time. I really don't get why Maxine hasn't left him yet tbf.

The Blessing story is the thing worth watching, tbh. Everything is too unrealistic.

can't say I'm surprised really, towards the end it became a little too obvious that it'd be either him or joe, although to be fair I thought it would probably be the latter more just because of how freddie's been arrested and questioned and such whilst we haven't actually heard joe properly defend himself yet.

sam and danny have been killed off in first look! :o

 

they were killed as a van collided with their car as they drove to pick up tegan and peri, intending on leaving the village for good. it's the car crash that was at the end of the 6 weeks of summer trailer.

 

 

edit:

okay so it's not official that they've been killed off, but judging from the way it was kept a secret and it doesn't appear that either actor has been on set for a while, I'd say it's entirely likely.

The E4 announcer ruined it! I so saw if coming when he said that Danny and Sam escaping would go "terribly wrong" then they were driving on the phone to Tegan, I thought they'd crash as they talking! Still major :o though, I cannot wait to see what happens from here!

Oh my GOD, did *not* expect Sam and Danny to actually be dead. What an incredible episode.

it's been confirmed on first look, they're dead. didn't particularly like danny so he's not such a huge loss but I really liked sam :( it's obvious that cameron drove that van though I think.

Those last few episodes of Hollyoaks show why it fully deserves the "Best British Soap" award at the Soap Awards.

 

 

God tonight's ep (Channel 4) was heartbreaking :( I wasn't a particular fan of either character but the family as a whole worked so well, Kirsty Leigh Porter in particular is incredible. I agree this is exactly why they deserved best soap, it was great to see the episode just focus on them all and their reactions. Such a huge twist, I can't wait to see how it all goes from here, especially when the actors involved are all so good.

 

On a lighter/shallow note, good god Cameron is incredible *.* he has to be one of the hottest men to ever grace Hollyoaks, even if he was the one driving the van. There is really something about him, he almost makes Dodger look like Trevor by comparison!

kirsty-leigh porter is indeed amazing, she really has shined over the last couple of episodes and leela's definitely one of my favourites along with mercedes, sienna and sinead.
