I honestly don't see the point of the story though, unless there's more to it than we know. Duncan, regardless of his sexuality irl, played being Amy's fiance really well and like Harry said they're not really exploring his sexuality and are instead just regarding it as a dirty secret.

will be revealing Amy Barnes' killer. It's also been rumoured/confirmed this week that one of Ste, James, Harry, Ryan or DS Armstrong will be shot as the week unfolds
