Yes. I saw that earlier. And it's still only at No 3. :(

It only gets updated every 24 hours though, so hopefully it will look different tomorrow -_-

It's at No 2 now. ^_^

( Then again, those customer reviews would put anyone off buying the thing. :arrr: Bet those people haven't even heard it.)

I know

I wrote a really long an deatailed review but they never bloody posted it :arrr: But then they post the childish people's who have'nt heard it

I wrote one as well. It hasn't been posted either.

In fact, I've written several reviews on Amazon in the past and not one has appeared.

You'd think they'd want all the good reviews to boost their sales....

Yes, well I've said all along it will sell far more in places like Germany then the UK. The UK are becoming to into talentless American stars and forgetting that they have FAR superior acts of their own.

I expect it to be his best selling album ever in Germany. He is getting bigger worlwide but less popular int he UK

IC sold more in Germany than in the UK i think

Just had good news from my Sunday paper. It says after first sales the trend shows that Rudebox is set for no.1 in Austria's album charts. We're not really a big or very important music market but it's nice to know that the Rudebox album is doing well in my homecountry. :D

I'd easily swap it for a no. 1 in the UK though. -_-

I agree with Scotty. Think there will be many countries where the album will be more successful than in the UK. If you say all of Rob's previous albums were no. 1 on Amazon before the release and now Rudebox is not things don't look too good.

BTW, what else is out this week (apart from the PSB's album) ? And how is the competition from albums that are already in the charts ?

I'm pretty certain it will be #1 in the UK. The compitition is'nt tooo hard. Meat Loaf & The Chemical Romance are his biggest threat but he should outsell both of them by a huge margin but who knows

Once people hear it and word spreads and people put aside their steriotypical ideas, I think this album will be huge in the UK

Unlike IC it will stay around for a long time and if he releases the right singles, it will go on to be his best selling album.

Oh and it's no 1 on Amazon on my computer ;) and I love this album so much it hurts.

BTW, what is no. 1 on Amazon UK then ...? Anything that's out in the same week as Rudebox ?

What was the best selling album this year so far, was it the Scissor Sisters? How much did they sell ?

Not that I'm execting Robbie to top that, not this time... and not with the press he is getting. <_<

Album sales have been quite low this year actually. Right now the biggest selling is the Arctic monkey's. Their album has been out since January but only passed a million a while back. Although the Scissor Sisters will easily overtake them by the time the year is over, as will Snow Patrol. Usually Rob's album sell a million in a month or two in the UK so if it was any of his other album he would have the years best selling I think. But it's hard to tell with this album. I hope Linz is right and it does become his best selling. ^_^

I have a feeling that this one will stay in the charts longer than Intensive Care, even if it does not match the first few weeks sales. Word will spred, and there is such a diversity of material on it.

Difficult to predict which albums will top the year end chart this year too - Oasis greatest hits will be up there with Robbie, Arctic Monkeys(currently #1 but these likley to fall back most over the rest of the year), Snow Patrol, Scissor Sisters....

An interesting couple of months ahead for chart followers :)

Oh, yes I forgot about Oasis. :D And U2 should sell near a million as well :D

It is #1 on Amazon France pre-orders but only #9 on the main chart. I think that's good though cause he has never been massive in France I don't think

It's also #1 on Germany & Austrian Amazons but can't find any others -_-

In the long run it might outsell IC but It will be interesting how it does first week wordwide. IC sold over 800,000 worldwide in the first week so it will be quite hard to beat that :o Just goes to show how big Rob is though. I mean Christina's new album only sold over 600,000 first week worlwide and over half of that was in the USA
