I'm with you Twinkle! :cheer:

I absolutely love Rudebox and am delighted it reached number 1, not just in the UK but in lots of other countries too! So sales are bit lower - the fact it got leaked a week before release doesn't help!

If people are judging the whole album on Rudebox the single they are being stupid. But to be fair I do find that there are a lot of stupid people around

Shame that those people are missing out on some of Robbie's finest work!

I just want to say that I've had Rudebox playing in my car for the past week. I just love it love it love it. It's such good driving music.

I'm addicted I think. <_<

Yea it's a great cd to turn up in your car as loud as you can take and sing at the top of your lungs!

Just nevermind the strange looks you get

It's also great on your ipod at the gym

I see some good reviews have finally started to appear on Amazon. ( about bloody time  ).

On the minus side Rudebox has dropped to 6th in the chart. The country doesn't know what it's missing. Maybe the Great British Public does indeed want Pestlife. :(

oh I will have to check that out. I did two reviews last week.

no. 1 in 14 countries, not bad at all.

Em, not sure whether to post this as I don't want Scotty to get upset, particularly after his birthday.

But I guess he'll come across it at some point, so I'll just spit it out now:

Girls Aloud are set to knock Rudebox off the top of the album chart. :puke2:

Apparently sales so far are 19 500 for them and 16 500 for Rob.

Well, at least 3000 is not really a huge gap, is it ... ?

If everyone went out to buy another copy of Rudebox, Rob could hold on to the no. 1

It will give him someone to blame

No wait....he's in Ireland and they already have Westlife to blame and we have Frans....I guess you were talking a about England now

I already know :arrr:

We might as well just give up on the joke that is the UK chart <_< Unless your album all sounds the same, you hardly ever sing live or have zero involment in the writing of the songs, then you won't do as well anymore

Lets just be happy the album has sold nearly a million worlwide and is #1 in at least 10 countries and 4 more hopefully

GA are now 10k ahead of him  He has sold 23k for monday and tues which is'nt bad ^_^

Finland

Portugal

Sweden

You can hardly say its not done well though. 8th highest weekly album sales this year ^_^

Sales between Robbie and Girls Aloud are fairly close too, it will high sales for a #2 this week.

Look for the positives

wrong info for NZ. No.14 there. Probably a protest of not taking his tour there.

also Rudebox the album, and I do say this very carefully, as I hate giving out wrong information. Rudebox went to No.36 in Canada.

One day, one day! They just might get him

Its not a joke at all. Girls Aloud have released 13 great top 10 singles and their greatest hits is rightly set to take the no.1 position on the UK albumk chart. They may not write a lot of their songs but so what? - they're making good music which deserves to be credited. And the songs on GA's greatest hits album are all the same?! You're telling me 'Biology' sounds the same as 'Whole Lotta History', that 'Sound Of The Underground' sounds like 'I'll Stand By You', that 'Life Got Cold sounds like 'Sound Of The Underground' and 'Love Machine' sounds like 'Something Kinda Oooh'?! ... i dont think so!

Robbie has had his shining glory. To be honest, he could release anything and it would go into the top 10 whether its good or not. Lets give some other home grown act a chance at some album success.

I agree with you. I am pleased, in a way GA get their 1st No.1 with the GH. Is it true that they are thinking of stopping soon?

and yes let's give HOME GROWN talent a chance.

Shame the press and lots of the cynics out there never gave it to Robbie.

Talented, amazing lycist and great performer and Rudebox is one stunning album. Have you heard it?

Edited by Jackie

Have heard 'She's Madonna', 'Rudebox' and 'Love Light' (obv), 'Louise' and 'Life On Mars'.
