At number 4 in Oz  . I expect it to keep holding nicely until the tour is over, and then it's Christmas, so hopefully a few more weeks in the top 10 for us
Well done Australia. You obviously have better taste than this country.

No offense, but currently about every country (except the USA obviously  ) has better taste than the UK.

I agree. :( The UK charts are suffering from a combined RnB / Grannies takeover it seems. -_-

did I read right that Rudebox the single is still in the top 15 :o and Rudebox is top 20, :D I read the chart thread.

I think it was Mikey that mentioned it.

Single is Top 15, and the album is Top 20

if that is the case Rudebox the single is doing very nicely indeed and would make Robbie have two entries in the single charts. Lovelight No.8 Rudebox No.15 and Rudebox the album, you guess is as good as mine in the top 20.

Well, that is quite something, obviously I would prefer Rudebox the album to be in the top 10. But so far since the release of the album every other artist who reached No.1 has stayed one week at the top with less sales than Robbie and so far the album sales for Oasis are still lower than Rudebox first week figures, although that could change. Even so the pattern for Robbie is the same for everyone else too. Next week we have TT's album, so that would mean if Oasis get to No.1 or The Beatles, they will only stay there for one week too.

It will be the Xmas market that will count to the albums having big sales figures, just hoping Robbie could gain some ground there, although it will be difficult as he is not around to promote it and the airplay is down for him too. Which is a bugger. I am afraid the radio stations have not been kind to Robbie and I happen to think it has been orchestrated on purpose too. I wonder why I think that :o

No, Mikey meant Lovelight is top 15 in this weeks mids and the album is top 20 :(

The Rudebox single is god knows where :(

oh darn  , see how blinded you get when you want something desperately enough. It did give me hope there for a minute.

thanks Scotty for putting me right. :D

It is slightly comforting to hear that even Oasis are not having huge sales so far, which I would have expected. But I'm pretty sure their album will be up there for quite some time and I wish I could say the same about Rudebox but the way things are going now I fear we're only going to see it drop further.

It's so frustrating.

Hi Monsoon,

Ok maybe the charts may not give a very postive prospective for both the Rudebox album and the single Lovelight.

Still I think it's the best RW did so far. I'm quite sure RW has not yet reached his top.

WE all, the fans, know the Rudebox album is great. So it's just a pity for al those who can't appreciate either the album or the single.

RW made a CD which he is very pround of. That's more important then any salesrecords, I think...

Grtz, C*

   ;)

Yay. :cheer:

Must be because the Official Site is now available in Spanish.

How is sale of album?

In the UK, it has sold over 255,000 and worlwide according to Media Traffic sales are approching a million, however according to the IFPI it shipped 2 million in a week in Europe alone so it's hard to know
