Yes. I'm slighly perturbed about that. He told me he wanted to change it to 1974 but the EMI printer ( Horace Higginbottom) threatened to kill himself as he'd just run off 7,000,000 CD sleeves the previous day with 'Rudebox' emblazoned over them.

 

So I gave in. And Horace lives. -_-

Has anyone noticed that the price of this album has gone up since first advertised to £15.99, my pre - order still remains at £12.99.

But as they had to take the 90s off or put a new version on the album (or whatever was decided, I mean we still haven't heard anything official) they could have changed the title as well. I never was happy with the album being titled Rudebox and I'm afraid I never will be, for two simple reasons: 1. Many people haven't exactly got a positive association with "Rudebox" :cry: and 2. you always have to make a difference between Rudebox the single and the album :wacko:

So who cares about Horace, I want the album to be called 1974 or basically anything except Rudebox :lol:

legally they can't increase the price once the sale is agreed!! ... they have to charge you the lower price if was a binding order. However, they can refuse to sell it to you
