Hmmm... There better had be, I soooo hope there is, there's been official preformances recorded allready at Pepsi concert, but I think if there was one it wouldn't be just one concert, there'd be preformances from a selection! Let's hope there is a dvd with every song she sang on tour! What do you all think? I'm optimistic, but there again look what happened even when they said there WAS going to be a Charmbracelet Tour DVD, and a Rainbow Tour DVD :(

Hello, I am emailing as I have a question about you're signed artist, superstar Mariah Carey. As you're her record label, I was wondering if there is any news, or any plans to release The Adventures Of Mimi Tour on live DVD after the tour has ended? I, and I would expect all of Mariah's fans would love the chance to own this DVD, especially as many of us live outside of the US, and we haven't had a live DVD since 1999 (Around The World). I would really appreciate it if you could answer my question as best you could and thanks for reading.

There was an article on MariahConnection about how someone emailed the guy from the BBC asking if the Mimi Tour could be shown on BBC, since apparently some of the others were (who knew?) and the guy said he would see what he could do.

I hope so. But we've been let down before. I bet 'Live In Paris' is still on a release schedule somewhere

But i'm sure the article said that they had to be sure that the Tour DVD wouldn't be released before they showed it on TV, because it can hinder sales obviously.

Yep, they should show it on TV on a prime time slot and then release it 2 weeks later cause I can't wait that long :( lol

I think it would do wonders for Mimi if it was shown on BBC1 or ITV1 at a primetime slot.

It won't be shown in full on BBC - or if it is it will be about 3am.

 

It's very rare to see concerts on the TV schedules because it's aimed at such a narrow audience. New fans won't sit down for 1.5 hours to watch a concert.

TV schedulers need as many people watching as possible all day and all night - a concert is just too risky.
