I'd love another week in the top 5 but I think we're looking at a number 6/7 next week because will.i.am's new song with JB is supposed to get released tomorrow :(
but this will.i.am song might not even go top 10 never mind top 10, I dont think justin bieber is as popular in the uk as everyone thinks
i think #thatpower, judging by it's global performance will either go #10or #12 since it hasn't gotten near to the top 10 in Charts like Australia's, canada's, Germany's or France's charts, not to mention it's been stumped by Capital

See, they are climbing now.

With that in mind, let us not forget that will.i.am is MASSIVE in the UK and not only that the general public will now be reminded of him via a magical TV show called THE VOICE UK that's started again not only that but Scream and Shout is STILL being constantly played by TV's and everytime I go on the Capital website (daily). They've played #thatPower within the last half an hour. Also his last two songs have gone to number one, with one featuring Eva Simons (as much as I love her, she's virtually unknown) and Britney Spears (no one seems to care for any more, apart from Princess Mollie ofc). This song is featuring Justin Bieber who has a MUCH bigger following and tbh IMO this is a better song than both S&S and This is Love. All my friends who are Bieber fans are already craving for the son to be released so to say that Bieber fans wont care for it is obserd and to say it won't go top 10!? That's just a little bit crazy dont you think? He'll DEFINITLEY be top 10, UNDOUBTABLY top 5 and MOST LIKELY number one. I mean c'mon if Boomerang can make it to number 6....? Call me out IF I'm wrong, but I won't be.

Don't underestimate the power of Britney fans. ;)

But yeah I think people are still too into Scream & Shout for the new single to perform to its full potential but I guess it could nab the top 10. Who knows what will.i.am is capable of. Like I said, unlike Britney fans who bought S&S, I can't see Biebs young fans buying #thatpower(wtf).

And it depends how old your friends are. I don't wana turn this into a Bieber discussion.

Yeah, I gotta agree with Callum. Sure fire Top 5 on its way. When is the release date?
Let's just take a moment and bask in the glory of the fact that THIS IS #4 ON ITUNES THREE WEEKS AFTER RELEASE :D

Haha talk about surreal or what? I think it's been top 5 on iTunes since its release right? It should be their longest running single within the top 10. Now all they need is that #6 smash! :)

Which is probably where Gentleman will chart lol.

I'd hope not, they will definitely need another smash for the album to do even half decent.
Agreed!
Yes! They need a Chasing Lights thought out era, the 2nd single (forget 30 Days) needs to perform well in enough to translate into the debut week sales for the album. Maybe a slow song come 3rd/4th single. Maybe they'll get another :plat: album if all goes well.

Also #377 on USA POP iTunes. They've gotta climb to #346 to go back top 1500 on iTunes.
It's out tomorrow.
