News update from Yehesi

Political relationships re-examined
Following recent events the government of Yehesi has decided to re-examine the current political relationships with various countries.

So far so good Yehesi has 2 special relationships, with both Danaeanda and Sandénia.
The 2 alliances, called Danaehesi and Sandéhesi respectively, allow citizens from both countries to visit Yehesi freely, as well as settle here and work here.

Other exclusives include an extensive trade agreement, visits from our leaders and the offer of helping out in both military and monitary problems.
The 2 countries also received a new embassy in the capital of Yehesi, Enthen, with a complete revamp.

President Burke: "We are very happy to announce the new collaboration with Sandénia, as well as renewing it with Danaelanda. The two countries have been on very common ground
with us for ages, so it was only natural to become even closer."

As a results of the new threaty between Sandénia and Yehesi, bookings to Yehesi have gone up with 150% in Sandénia and bookings to Sandénia saw a surge of 110%, compare to the same period last year.
"Yehesi are currently approaching several other countries, including Jamvale, Cadelicia and Jukianië, to arrange a collaboration as well, so we are looking forward to more of that later".


After the good news, there's some bad news as well. Our neighbours Avalonia are suspected to be making preparations to attack Yehesi. Armies were spotted in the mountains near the border
as well as an increased production of weapons. It is currently unknown whether Avalonia is planning to attack, either Yehesi or any of our neighbours or just increasing its military forces
so they can defend themselves well if needed. The Yehesian Secret Services are on the lookout as we strengthen our military force as well.

Tension between Yehesi and Avalonia has been going on for a year already, starting with the discovery of armed forces and smugglers tunnels near the border.
Since then Yehesi has tried reasoning with the Avalonian government but they have refused to co-operate. After that the tension settled down slightly, but rose to an all time high with the discovery of the
military forces near the border

The YBC are also sad to announce that Yehesian BJSC entrant Charlotte OC got stuck in the war between Persephonia and New Lexico. Yehesi have tried to engage a conversation with New Lexico
but they refuse to co-operate. It is currently unknown what action Yehesi are taking, but it is likely to become a rescue mission.

As Yehesi side with Persephonia in this conflict, the Military Forces of Yehesi are offering their services to the Persephonian Army.

The Danaelandan military will be prepared to help Yehesi in any Avalonian attacks, although we will only be able to send a limited force due to constantly having to defend ourselves from Aquafinia
