Classy film....

Yuzna is an under-rated Horror Master.... You seen "Society"? Fanstastic....

no i havent, its on my list of things to see. hopefully film4 have the rights to it as well

(i'll even settle for five, even though can get a good recording from freeview on this channel  )

wtf is it about?

Based upon H P Lovecraft's notoriously nasty short story "Herbert West, Re-Animator", it's basically about this potty surgeon who resurrects the dead.... With particularly gory and hilarious consequences....

Look out for the scene with a very obviously fake undead cat.....

I stayed up and watched it....

....it was $h!t as a film :cheer:

pure brilliance for gore though ^_^

however you must remember you are viewing it through the eyes of someone in 2006, having watch all the recent horror movies, you must keep it in context and remember the age and budget of it.

Of course a lot of these films may look a bit shoddy these days compared to the more slick stuff coming out.

i hate modern horror films.

what you just said doesn't apply to me as my favourite film of all time is the original 1979 version of Dawn of the Dead which is still low budget but ****ing amazing.
