I had teaforthree each way. Oscar Time was on my final shortlist, but wasn't sure how well it would run. Congrats as always to whoever backed the winner!

Somehow I managed to back the winner! :o I had already chosen one horse "Join Together" and then did 2 random number generators earlier and saw that both of them "Aurora's Encore" and "Becauseicouldntsee" were both massive outsiders so wasn't going to bother putting a bet on them! Luckily my dad decided to put a small 50p each-way bet on them both anyway and I was in total shock when Aurora's Encore won! :lol: So we're going to split the winnings! :D

The jockey who won the Grand National on Auroras Encore, Ryan Mania has been airlifted to hospital following a fall at Hexham. Ryan was struck by a horse's hooves when he fell. He was flown to hospital and is conscious.

 

One day he wins the world's most famous jump race and the next day he's airlifted to hospital following a fall.
