April 9, 201312 yr I'm wondering if this will finally snag the top spot on TV airplay this week. It's been #1 on the unofficial chart for two weeks. Glad it's finally Top 5 on airplay! Edited April 9, 201312 yr by LoveKiller
April 9, 201312 yr I find it incredibly funny. Everyone thinks 39k is okay for their usual first week position with a TOP 10 placing. Here they are, selling 39k on their 3rd week and its like the end of the world!!!! :D
April 9, 201312 yr Their only 2% behind Justin Timberlake and have another version at #106. They might actually only drop to #06!
April 9, 201312 yr Justin would have to drop pretty soon though to ensure that happens. All in all we're locked on to atleast #7 (30 Days' debut :D)
April 9, 201312 yr The sats are most likely ahead combined as the song at #100 has 4% and The Sats are #107.
April 9, 201312 yr I hope Bastille's multiple versions start sliding and having less of an impact too to ensure a drop to no more than #7. And this Judy Garland track, too. Edited April 9, 201312 yr by Encore
April 9, 201312 yr #7 on iTunes now. That Ding-Dong The Witch Is Dead track is climbing. Hopefully it'll wear off during the week? So The Sats' can get back up there but also so this 'campaign' to get this song to the top is stopped. Quite disgusted to be honest. Fair enough people didn't like or agree with Thatcher's views or actions, but the majority of people (of course not all people will be downloading the song down to her, granted) downloading that song are celebrating a death in effect... there's a family grieving for her. How would they feel if people were almost celebrating their mother's or grandmother's death by downloading this song and revelling in her passing? Some people really are dirt and have no class. Actually quite ashamed, angered and embarrassed that people think this is a just way to behave and treat the death of an 87 year old lady as a celebration, merely because she had different beliefs and a different outlook. It's kinda twisted and vile if this is labelled as humour and a laugh to be honest. It says more about the people doing the FB campaigns to get this song higher than it does Thatcher herself at the moment. They're quick to label her evil, but they're just as bad now. Sorry for going off topic. Edited April 9, 201312 yr by Encore

April 9, 201312 yr Sales across the chart have pretty much nosedived following the NOW album. Crazy. If this leaves the top 10 on 300K I'd be more than pleased.
April 9, 201312 yr It really is just the sats luck though, isn't it that when they release their single, 2 novelty songs come along within a week of each other!!! :@
April 9, 201312 yr Isn't Silver 200k? Or did they move the boundary up to 300k? Yup Silver remains at 200K. If Higher could eventually get to 325K I see no reason why this shouldn't reach 400K. :)
April 10, 201312 yr We're #7 in the midweeks today. :) 1 Duke Dumont 2 Pink/Nate Ruess 3 Bastille 4 Nelly 5 Justin Timberlake 6 Pitbull 7 The Saturdays Bastille's multiple versions really helping them! :o Add in the Judy Garland track above them on iTunes currently (unless it suddenly falls at quick speed now) and they'll be #8 on Sunday. I'm okay with that but hopefully they only have a small slide to #10 next week to give them their longest stay in the top 10... probably unlikely but hopeful! Edited April 10, 201312 yr by Encore
April 11, 201312 yr - Dropped from Radio1 A-List. Midweek Reports. #03 on Television Airplay #05 on Radio Airplay
April 11, 201312 yr I think its Top 10 run will end up going something like this: 1 114,000 3 70,000 4 39,000 8 26,000 10 21,000 I think this will do just over 400,000 overall, assuming it doesn't start plummeting like all the others.
