The next single from Bastille's debut studio album 'Bad Blood' will be 'Laura Palmer'!

You can watch the video below! Hopefully it can follow on from the fantastic success of 'Pompeii' as I'm really liking it on first listen!

This was the first thing I ever heard from them, it's a sound choice of re-release really as it's definitely one of the strongest things on the album. Plus I can imagine it will be all over radio.
I obviously love it just like everything else from the album but I'm not so sure that it will do as well chartwise. It'll probably peak at #9 and drop straight down the charts after that.

'New Single'.

This is the first song along with Icarus they put out. I love it and the new version is spectacular, but every single except for bad blood has been an old or one of their first tracks. If they release Things we lost to the fire I may boot kick them in the face.

Should have been 'these streets'.

Oh dear, that's going to be the next single

I love it but it's so old and I want them to put out something new. As someone has said, Oblivion is actually a smash waiting.

Pleasantly pleased. At least out of all of my new loon acts over the last year, Bastille have been the ones that have delivered the most.
A cover of Frank Ocean as well as Imagine Dragons and Kat Krazy remixes! Bastille really deliver everytime.

the Kat Krazy remix of Pompeii is one of my most played in recent months

A month before it's release:

 280. Bastille - Laura Palmer

The pre-order EP is not in the Top 1500 albums :(

This is so bad for them! :(
The Kat Krazy remix of Pompeii is one of my favourite remixes of the year along with the Shift K3Y remix of Attracting Flies.
Argh, they should be performing Laura Palmer. It's climbing slowly but performing it on JR would have probably given it that much needed boost.
Saw these guys on the channel 4 brunch programme - really didn't think much of them. Not sure why they're being touted as 'alternative' when they sound like a boy band.
