I agree. I listened to her debut single - with the mixture of country and Avril/Kelly vibe, she could be successful if the whole album will be like that.

I don't want to alarm you guys with her slayage, but this charted at a massive #134 *.*

That was Aled. I know, it's shocking that the forum has two Beverley Knight fans, let alone ones that are males with names beginning with A. I'm much more amazing than Aled anyway.

 

I haven't heard her cover of "No Man's Land" yet, but I've heard the single and I wasn't very impressed. She's just a bit bland, I really don't see how she won over Bo Bruce, Tyler James and Vince Kidd. The public seem to agree too, based on their post-Voice careers, Leanne seems to have done the worst (or around joint worst with Vince).

I did like Leann on the voice but i was only a passing viewer, the night of the final i was shocked she won as i fully expected Bo Bruce to win, i think Bo Bruce would have been a far credible winner for the show itself too. I do like Leann, i like her voice but everything has been handled so so badly and her career was over before it ever began, she was handled far worse than Steve Brookstein when he was the first winner of the X Factor and thats saying something.

 

I cannot understand shows like the Voice and X Factor not having everything in motion for the winner well before the final, they know whats happening they know it ends with a winner so they should have material etc as ready as they can to start of the winner. The handling of Leanne's winning single could have been done better by a 2 year old, it will be interesting to see what happens with the winner of this current series.
